Developing algorithms and learning-based methods to enhance microscopy and biomedical imaging — improving sensitivity, resolution, and robustness. Representative work includes self-supervised denoising and physically-aware reconstruction.
2. All‑optical Closed‑loop Neuromodulation#
Designing adaptive algorithms and system concepts for closed-loop all‑optical neuromodulation, integrating fast optical readouts with learned control policies. Projects include NSFC-funded work on intelligent closed-loop frameworks.
3. AI‑assisted Medical Imaging & Diagnostics#
Developing AI pipelines that enhance clinical imaging and enable automated analysis for diagnosis. Key work includes unpaired learning for fundus enhancement and joint learning for skin lesion diagnosis.
