Developing algorithms and learning-based methods to enhance microscopy and biomedical imaging — improving sensitivity, resolution, and robustness. Representative work includes self-supervised denoising and physically-aware reconstruction.

Designing adaptive algorithms and system concepts for closed-loop all‑optical neuromodulation, integrating fast optical readouts with learned control policies. Projects include NSFC-funded work on intelligent closed-loop frameworks.
